DIY polka dot jumpsuit ft. Simplicity 9097

Hey y'all!! Hope everyone had a brilliant weekend. I know I did. I feel very productive after these last couple of days. I got some sewing done, busy planning for next year and I managed to finish about half my Christmas shopping so that's a win!

With all the holidays coming up I definitely need outfits to wear out. A lot of life and milestone celebrations including baby showers and birthdays coming up. You literally can never go wrong with a jumpsuit, they're always my go to so I riffled madly through my stash.

I've had this Mimi G pattern in my cupboard for so long, I feel like it's been taunting me. I couldn't really decide what fabric to use with it until I pulled out this challis polka dot fabric----another find from downtown L.A.

I've said this before but her patterns are never a miss. I love the fit, and the plunge front halter design is so sexy. I wore it to a baby shower with a shirt underneath since it was a family function but I adore it and prefer it without.

This is a ten out of ten and will definitely make again.

What do we think?
